Use the Longer FootCompare both feet and use the larger measurement for size selection.4. Compare the Millimetre ValueMatch the measured foot length with the XPD MM Foot column.5. Check the FitThe heel and midfoot should feel secure while the toes must not press painfully against the front.Fit:Racing and adventure boots may feel firmer than urban sneakers because of their protective construction.
